In conjunction with industry developed the first “on-the-job training” programs.
Initiated a five year joint venture hospitality training program with Griffith University.
Initiated in conjunction with Jupiter’s Casino and the Professional Chef’s Association  the highly successful “Kids in the Kitchen” training program.
Commitment to charity through practical assistance to the Endeavor Foundation and Rosie’s Mission for Youth through the construction of homes and administrative centers.
In conjunction with Rotary International have designed and built demountable emergency housing for the Solomon Islands
Donated demountable and expandable housing to Vanuatu to help overcome their housing problem.
Arranged community scholarships of $200,000 for vocational education and training.
