Jennifer has an outstanding background as business leader, Chief Executive Officer and Managing Director of multi million dollar companies in the private, public (unlisted) and not for profit sector.

As a CEO over the past 20 years Jennifer has demonstrated strategic, inspirational leadership in creating new companies and building values based foundations that have seen her organisations out perform competitors through both buoyant and recessionary times.  With years of practical experience, added to the theoretical concepts of her formal qualifications Jennifer has developed a broad understanding of the challenges facing today's leaders.   

During her career Jennifer has been awarded Employer of the Year, Queensland and Training Provider of the year Queensland.

Jennifer has extensive experience in the formation of Boards of Directors and continuing Board Governance as a Company Director as well as a history of civic service on a number of Boards including, Lifeline and Jupiter’s Casino Community Benefit Fund.

Jennifer was appointed to the Employment and Skills Formation Council of Australia in 1995 by the then Governor General of Australia and has continued to serve on Federal, State and Local Government advisory bodies.  

Jennifer is not a theorist, she has done it from "start up to a payroll of 1500".  She brings this practical hands-on experience of building profitable businesses to her consultancy practice for the benefit of her clients.  Jennifer has developed a unique process that provides a framework for organisations to accelerate their performance.
